В ХМАО с полок аптек пропал «Тамоксифен», который применяется при терапии рака молочной железы.
— Пыталась купить «Тамоксифен» у нас, в аптеках Нижневартовска, но не нашла его, и фармацевты не знают дату поставки. На сайтах, например, «Еаптеки» или «Лекинфо». В соседних городах тоже нет. У меня есть небольшой запас, но прием препарата длительный, и я боюсь, что его не хватит, пока проблема с поставками не решится, — сообщила жительница Нижневартовска.
В департаменте здравоохранения ХМАО не прокомментировали ситуацию.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today."
