Такого рода деяние может быть совершено для защиты своих национальных интересов (а это со стороны Украины можно интерпретировать именно так). Но это очень часто противоречит интересам другого государства [России, Турции, Румынии, Болгарии, в границах которых сорвавшиеся мины уже были обнаружены]. Поэтому всегда будут нестыковки», — пояснил он.
