Действие комендантского часа не распространяется на автомобильную дорогу М-14 «Одесса – Мелитополь – Новоазовск» от города Мелитополя до границы между Запорожской областью и Донецкой Народной Республикой и на автомобильную дорогу М-18 «Харьков – Симферополь – Ялта» от города Мелитополя до границы между Запорожской и Херсонской областями.
Для транзитно проезжающих по Азовскому кольцу автомобилей ограничений не вводится.
