В посёлке Оршанка сегодня провожают в последний путь 44-летнего рядового Рыбакова Сергея Леонидовича.
Сергей родился 12 июля 1981 года. Окончил Оршанскую среднюю школу, ПЛ-26, где получил профессию тракториста. Работал в лесном хозяйстве по своей специальности.
23 апреля 2023 года отправился на передовую. Был командиром штурмового отряда «Шторм Z». В течение месяца был в окружении. Сергея долго считали пропавшим без вести. Но в сложных условиях он помог товарищам выйти из окружения. 23 октября 2023 года из-за ранения военнослужащий вернулся на Родину и продолжил работать на тракторе в лесохозяйстве.
30 мая этого года он решил вновь подписать контракт с Министерством обороны РФ. В этот раз служил уже стрелком-радиотелефонистом отделения (огневой поддержки) штурмовой роты. Погиб 26 сентября.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
