🌿 Сад создавали как учебно-научную базу: здесь выращивали лекарственные растения, занимались генетикой, а ученый В. Сахаров вывел уникальные сорта календулы и гречихи. Летом 2024-го университет перенес сад в другую локацию.
🏗 Пока деталей проекта нет в открытом доступе, но размер участка и локация указывают на возможное появление небоскребов. В 2000-х бизнесмен Сергей Полонский планировал здесь построить башню «Иван Великий» высотой почти 700 метров — она должна была стать самой высокой в «Москва-Сити».
