Unda shahar sektor rahbarlari, ichki ishlar tizimida mehnat qilib kelayotgan xodimlari va faxriylari, huquq-tartibot organlari xodimlari hamda tegishli tashkilot rahbarlari ishtirok etdi.

Dastavval shahar sektor rahbarlari soha xodimlarini xalq osoyishtaligini ta’minlash, tinchlik va barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, jinoyatchilikka qarshi kurashish, huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olish borasidagi katta xizmatlari uchun minnatdorlik bildirib,ichki ishlar tizimida mehnat qilib kelayotgan xodimlari va faxriylar esdalik sovg‘alari hamda tashakkurnoma bilan taqdirlashdi.

Shundan so'ng shahar Madaniyat bo‘limi xodimlari tomonidan dilrabo kuy va qo‘shiqlar ijro etilib, barchaga ko‘tarinki kayfiyat baxsh etdi.
