Встреча с молодежью ЛНР произвела на меня огромное впечатление. Луганская земля для меня родная, здесь живут мои родственники и наша встреча прошла по-родному.

Рассказал ребятам о Союзе МИК России, обсудили предстоящий V Всероссийский Конкурс «Учимся выбирать», организованный Российским фондом свободных выборов.

Ребята очень вовлеченные, патриотичные, родные.

Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность Избирательной комиссия ЛНР и лично председателю Марианне Владимировне Сумской, начальнику отдела организационной работы Виталию Викторовичу Павлюку за организацию нашей встречи!

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
