✅ Закупили 200 школьных автобусов, открыли 8 модульных библиотек; ✅ Обновили 13 ДК, в планах ещё 40; ✅ Построили 23 спортобъекта, создали 22 спорторганизации; ✅ Доставили 140 тысяч книг и сотни тонн гуманитарной помощи; ✅ Ожидаем 15 бронированных машин скорой помощи по поручению Президента; ✅ Открыли филиал «Тавриды-Арт» в Счастливцево.
Впереди — проект «Каникулы с Единой Россией» для поездок детей в Асканию-Нову, аквапарк и другие места отдыха.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
