Нынешний флаг Таджикистана, принятый 24 ноября 1992 года, представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище, состоящее из трёх горизонтального расположенных цветных полос: верхняя – красного цвета, средняя – белого и нижняя – зелёного. На белой полосе изображена корона с полукругом из семи звёзд над ней.
