🏛Прокуратура города Октябрьский Республики Башкортостан провела проверку соблюдения жилищных прав детей-сирот.
Установлено, что 14 местных жителей данной категории были признаны нуждающимися в обеспечении жилыми помещениями. Между тем после окончания ими учебных заведений городская администрация не предоставила им жилье, в связи с чем граждане были вынуждены снимать квартиры или проживать у знакомых.
Прокуратура обратилась в суд с исковыми заявлениями с требованием обязать орган местного самоуправления исполнить свои обязательства.
Суд удовлетворил требования ведомства в полном объеме. Благодаря принятым мерам прокурорского реагирования права заявителей восстановлены, сиротам вручены ключи от благоустроенных квартир.
