Рынок недвижимости Ростова-на-Дону пополнится первым проектом от «Самолета»

До 2029 года застройщик реализует в городе строительство первой очереди масштабного микрорайона «Донские Легенды» — «Квартал Чехова».

В первую очередь войдут два дома на 1400 квартир. Общая площадь «Донских Легенд» превышает 700 тыс. кв.м. В квартале разместят детские сады на 940 мест, школу, поликлинику, физкультурно-оздоровительный комплекс, центры искусств и культурного развития.

Под озеленение дворов жилых домов, территории детского сада и школы выделили более 22 га, а для благоустройства прилегающих к ЖК территорий — почти 30 га.

Строительство «Донских Легенд» в левобережной части Ростова закончится к 2042 году.
