День памяти воинов-интернационалистов

Депутат Народного Совета ДНР от фракции ЛДПР Александр Серёженко совместно с заместителем председателя Горловского городского совета, координатором Горловского отделения ЛДПР Евгением Шубиным почтили память воинов, погибших при исполнении своего служебного долга за пределами Отечества!

Депутаты посетили Горловский мемориал "Воинам-афганцам", где возложили цветы к памятнику воинам-горловчанам, погибшим в Афганистане.

Вывод советских войск из Афганистана был завершён 15 февраля 1989 года. С тех пор эта дата отмечается как День памяти воинов-интернационалистов.

С той войны домой не вернулись 28 горловчан, чьи имена увековечены на мемориальной доске, и память о них навечно останется в сердцах горловчан!

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
