Отмечается, что в мае 2023 года тот же суд удовлетворил иск Генпрокуратуры о взыскании с Хотина 192 млрд рублей в пользу государства за неуплату налогов и постановил обратить в доход государства 100% акций и долей в структурах "Русь-Ойла", добавил собеседник здания.
