Витгенштейн верил, что язык формирует наше восприятие мира. Если так, почему большинство speaking-клубов сводится к обсуждению очередного TED Talk про продуктивность, многозадачность и прочий инспирейшнл буллшит? Почему снова и снова обсуждают ментал-хелс повестку, синдром самозванца, магию утра и навыки высокоэффективных людей?

Куда податься тем, кто уже разобрался с продуктивностью и не хочет останавливать свое восприятие мира на этом? Где на английском обсуждать Трампа и Зеленского, левых и правых, политику и историю, Белый Лотос и Субстанцию, капитализмы и прочее?

Мне очень хотелось, чтобы такое место было, поэтому пришлось его придумать. Читайте подробности, смотрите первую тему! Как Вы понимаете, мы вряд ли заскучаем…

Я, конечно, сама планирую участвовать и выбирать для нас самые противоречивые статьи. Придется обсуждать, а не ставить клоунов…

Investors took profits on Friday while they could ahead of the weekend, explained Tom Essaye, founder of Sevens Report Research. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
