Der Vorfall ereignete sich laut Behörden am 4. April 2025 am Rand des Volksfestes in Landsberg am Lech. Der mutmaßliche Täter: ein 15-jähriger Bekannter des Opfers aus der Schule. Laut Angaben der Kriminalpolizeiinspektion Fürstenfeldbruck laufen die Ermittlungen noch – die Staatsanwaltschaft Augsburg bestätigte auf Anfrage, dass kein Haftantrag gestellt wurde. Man habe die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen dafür nach § 72 JGG nicht als gegeben angesehen.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
