😃В рамках Республиканской акции "Учиться в Донбассе" учащиеся 10-11 классов ГБОУ "СШ № 21 Г.О.. МАКЕЕВКА" посетили ДонНУЭТ им. Туган-Барановского, где приняли участие в увлекательном мастер-классе по приготовлению хачапури! 🧀
💕Также у ребят была возможность познакомиться с цифровой лабораторией моделирования пищевых систем, погрузиться в производство колбасных изделий, термическую обработку сырья и полуфабрикатов, освоить современное оборудование. Всё это стало возможным без выхода из аудитории учебного заведения.
✨Под руководством преподавателей ребята: ✅ узнали секреты приготовления настоящего грузинского блюда; ✅формировали хачапури; ✅выпекали их в печи.
💗 Эта необычная профориентационная встреча помогла ребятам не только научиться готовить вкусное блюдо, но и, возможно, определиться с выбором будущей профессии!
