Это обусловило возникновение рисков невыполнения Бурятией соглашений с Минфином РФ о предоставлении региону бюджетных кредитов. Ситуацию усугубляет повышение ключевой ставки Центральным банком России с 16% до 19%, что, в свою очередь, влечет рост расходов республиканского бюджета на обслуживание госдолга и негативно влияет на ситуацию с привлечением коммерческих кредитов. Об этом говорится в «Основных направлениях долговой политики Бурятии на 2025 год и на плановый период 2026 и 2027 годов», принятых распоряжением правительства РБ.
