Указом Президента России Орденом Мужества награждён Андрей Юрьевич Короткий, первый председатель Совета депутатов городского округа Энергодар Запорожской области. Награду отцу вручил Сергей Владиленович Кириенко, первый заместитель Руководителя Администрации Президента.

Андрей Юрьевич Короткий принимал непосредственное участие в разработке герба и флага Энергодара. Им же было подписано Решение Совета о принятии символики города в российской юрисдикции.
Жизнь Андрея Юрьевича оборвалась в результате террористического акта, но память о нём будет жить всегда.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
