Точнее, важный для тех, у кого есть дети. А у меня они есть.
Для детей в загородной жизни достаточно ограниченный круг общения. Потому что большая часть подруг или друзей твоего сына или дочери живут в городской среде. Пойти в гости, устроить ночевку или элементарно встретиться в выходные может быть проблемой.
В школе же часто не хватает времени, чтобы у детей формировались необходимые социальные связи.
В этом плане индивидуальная жилая застройка (и даже большие коттеджные поселки) проигрывает…
