Конкурсный отбор является открытым и предназначен для реализации следующих проектов в сфере культуры и искусства:
- сохранение и распространение духовно-нравственных и культурных ценностей; - поддержке волонтерского (добровольческого) движения.
Общий объем грантов составит 3 млн рублей.
Прием заявок на конкурсный отбор осуществляется по 01 марта 2024 года по форме, утвержденной Указом Губернатора Сахалинской области от 03.06.2014 № 22 «Об учреждении грантов Губернатора Сахалинской области в сфере культуры и искусства».
