💢 تغییر در مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پاوه

🔺 آیین تودیع و معارفه مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پاوه برگزار شد.

▪️ طی مراسمی در نهمین روز از دی ماه و با حضور امرایی معاونت تربیت بدنی و سلامت اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان و تقی‌پور کارشناس مسئول تربیت بدنی و سلامت اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان دلشاد پیاب به عنوان سرپرست جدید آ‌موزش و پرورش شهرستان پاوه معرفی شد

🔺 در این آیین همچنین از زحمات سعدی فتاحی تقدیر به عمل آمد.

▪️ لازم به ذکر است دلشاد پیاب از فرهنگیان با سابقه شهرستان و سابقه حضور در مدیریت مدارس شهرستان را در کارنامه کاری خود دارد، سعدی فتاحی نیز بعد از ۳۰ سال خدمت در آموزش و پرورش به افتخار بازشستگی نائل آمد.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
