2️⃣يباح الإفطار للمسافر ولو كان سفره بوسائل النقل المريحة، سواء وجد مشقة أو لم يجدها؛ لأن علة الفِطْرِ حُصُولُ السَّفَرِ دون التقيد بشيء آخر.
3️⃣إذا قدم المسافر أثناء النَّهارِ مُفْطِرًا، فالراجح أنه لا يجب عليه الإمساك بقية النهار.
4️⃣المستحاضة عليها أن تصوم وتصلي، وصومها وصلاتها صحيحان.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
