С утра на придомовой территории дома 4 по наб. Новикова-Прибоя, оформленной в собственность жителей и поставленной на кадастр, ведутся незаконные работы. Собственники согласия на это не давали. Ордер ОАТИ на данный адрес отсутствует. Интересно, что коммуникации через чужую землю подрядчики Фонда реновации прокладывают не для своей стройки, а для частного медицинского центра, находящегося на ее территории.
