Следственным отделом по городу Энгельсу завершено расследование уголовного дела по обвинению 28-летнего мужчины, обвиняемого в совершении преступления предусмотренного ч. 2 ст. 294 УК РФ.
По данным следствия, 8 апреля 2024 года обвиняемый, находясь в изоляторе временного содержания, при ознакомлении с материалами уголовного дела по факту умышленного причинения тяжкого вреда здоровью уничтожил протокол своего допроса в качестве обвиняемого по уголовному делу, находящегося в производстве следователя МУ МВД России «Энгельсское».
Следователем СК собраны исчерпывающие доказательства, изобличающие фигуранта в совершении инкриминируемого деяния. Уголовное дело с утвержденным обвинительным заключением направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
