В Невельский районный суд Псковской области поступило уголовное дело в отношении жителя г. Великие Луки Псковской области, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
По версии следствия, в ночь с 5 на 6 апреля 2024 года мужчина находился совместно со своей знакомой на берегу озера Жеребенец в Невельском районе Псковской области, где в ходе возникшего между ними конфликта нанес последней множественные удары деревянной палкой, молотком и колюще-режущим предметом в область головы, лица и различных частей тела. От полученных телесных повреждений девушка скончалась на месте происшествия. Вернувшись на следующий день на место совершения преступления, мужчина привязал к телу погибшей мешок, наполненный кирпичами, и утопил тело в озере.
⚖️Судом продлен срок содержания подсудимого под стражей на 6 месяцев и назначено предварительное слушание для разрешения ходатайства стороны защиты о рассмотрении уголовного дела с участием коллегии присяжных заседателей.
