Истцом заявлены требования к ООО «Сиэми» об установлении факта трудовых отношений
В производстве Ленинского районного суда г. Курска находится гражданское дело по иску заместителя прокурора Центрального округа г. Курска в интересах Андрея Мосина к ООО «Сиэми» (ИНН 4632293278) об установлении факта трудовых отношений.
Из искового заявления следует, что Мосин, будучи трудоустроенным в ООО «Сиэми», выполнял работы по строительству сооружений на территории Курской области.
Истец просит установить факт трудовых отношений между ООО «Сиэми» и Мосиным в должности рабочего в период с 08 декабря 2022 г. по 03 мая 2023 г., а также взыскать с ответчика задолженность по заработной плате в размере 184 тыс. руб. и денежную компенсацию в связи с причинением морального вреда - 10 тыс. руб.
Судебное заседание назначено на 11 часов 00 минут 23 мая 2025 г.
