"Чистят редко, Фабричный переулок до Подгорной завален снегом. Весной и осенью дорога залита водой, никакой работы, одни отписки."
Разве это нормально? Сложно поверить, что в 21 веке мы сталкиваемся с такими проблемами. Может, настало время, когда Администрации района стоит обратиться к губернатору за поддержкой? Пора признать, что они не справляются с ситуацией. @tomarisakhalin

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
