Бывший начальник полиции Кизлярского района Дагестана, полковник Гази Исаев* обвинялся причастности к организации терактов в московском метро в 2010 году и членстве в «Имарат Кавказ»**.
Следствие установило, что именно Исаев довез одну из смертниц с «поясом» самодельной взрывчатки до кизлярской автостанции, откуда она отправилась в Москву.
