أنا لست أثريًا، ولا أدعي أني على الكتاب والسنة بفهم سلف الأمة. بل أنا مقلد كباقي العلماء أضع آخر اسمي اسم متبوعي (حنفي، مالكي، شافعي، حنبلي). وأنا أعلم أني لم أصب في بعض مسائلي وعذري ضعفي وإمامي حجتي أمام ربي. ولا أترك القول المعتمد في مذهبي لحديث صحيح صريح، ولا أقول غاب عنهم هذا الحديث، فلا يمكن أن يغيب حديث عن كل مجتهدي المذهب، وحاشاهم أن يرفضوه مع علمهم به.
فأنا أقطع أن أئمة المذاهب أحرص على متابعة النبي ﷺ من غيرهم، وأحفظ للحديث، وعلمهم لرجاله فوق علمنا، وفهمهم له ولألفاظه فوق فهمنا، ولهم في عدم العمل بما ظهر لي حجج صحيحة لا تخطر ببالي، وقد تتبعت ذلك في عدة مسائل فبانت لي حجتهم، وتهافت فهمي لظاهر الحديث. حمدي الحساني 🌹
