Musiqiy oqshomda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti Shavkat Mirziyoyevning "O‘zbekiston xalq artisti Gʻulomjon Yoqubovni mukofotlash to‘g‘risida"gi farmonini Prezident maslahatchisi Xayriddin Sultonov o‘qib eshittirdi.
Oliy Majlis Senati Raisi Tanzila Norboyeva mukofotni san’atkorga topshirdi.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
