💠حضور دبیر کل اتحادیه در اولین نشست اعضای دانشجویی کمیته ناظر بر نشریات و اتحادیه‌های علمی دانشجویی کشور

🔹 برای نخستین‌بار، نشست مدیران مسئول نشریات انجمن‌های علمی دانشجویی با حضور دبیرکل اتحادیه به‌عنوان مدیرمسئول نشریه «سروین» برگزار شد. این نشست با وجود شرایط نامساعد جوی در شهر زنجان، با حضور جناب آقای سعید صالح‌نیا، کارشناس اتحادیه‌ها و انجمن‌های علمی دانشجویی، و سرکار خانم نعمتی، کارشناس نشریات دانشجویی معاونت فرهنگی و اجتماعی وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری، تشکیل گردید.
🔹در حاشیه این نشست، کارگاهی تخصصی در حوزه نشریات به راهنمایی جناب آقای مرتضی درخشان، از فعالان برجسته این حوزه، برگزار شد. همچنین، جلسه‌ای به‌منظور پرسش و پاسخ پیرامون چالش‌های موجود در حوزه نشریات و برنامه‌های توانمندسازی مرتبط نیز در دستور کار قرار گرفت.
🔹از جمله دستاوردهای این نشست می‌توان به تقویت ارتباط میان مدیران مسئول، افزایش آگاهی مسئولان نسبت به ظرفیت‌های نشریه برتر اتحادیه، و تبادل تجربیات میان فعالان این حوزه اشاره کرد.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
