На данный момент во взвод сбросили/записали балласт - 200, 300, 500 (СОЧинцы) и бвп (без вести пропавшие). Такие занимают штатное место, и это не даёт вписать подходящих людей. Очень расстраивает, когда СОЧинцы случайно оказываются в штате твоего подразделения на сержантских должностях, а те, кто тянет сержантскую лямку, остаются на рядовой должности, и поэтому они не могут получить сержантское звание.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
