В завершении поделюсь опытом, как арт-терапевт. На днях пробовали игру с сыном на тему пяти чувств. Это практика известна, и она не нова. Но когда в процесс вовлечены дети, приобретает иной оттенок, оттенок игры.
Мы играем в неё в любой момент. Вот сама игра:
Что привлекает моё внимание прямо сейчас? Какой запах я чувствую? Какой вкус? Какие звуки слышу? И, что хочу потрогать прямо сейчас, к чему прикоснуться?
Интересно наблюдать за ребёнком, за его реакциями и ответами. Игра короткая, но концентрирует внимание ребёнка в настоящем моменте, способствует контакту с его собственными ощущениями и телом.
