Изначально планировалось соорудить арену с вместимостью в 4500 зрителей, но начало сезона-2025/26 внесло коррективы: из-за лидерства "Спартака" в первой лиги. Теперь стадион строят с прицелом на выход в РПЛ, поэтому трибуны рассчитаны на 10000 мест.

Клуб сообщает, что работы ведутся ежедневно, а строительство идет по графику и стабильно продвигается вперед.
