Естественно, организация организации - дело многоступенчатое. Мы постараемся быстро пройти несколько первых этапов, а потом развернем деятельность по осуществлению программы. Но ведь мы все уже работаем, кто делом, кто пером. И позиции наши известны. Просто собираемся в кулак.
