▫️وزیر ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات، در نشست هم‌اندیشی با بانوان فعال در حوزه اقتصاد دیجیتال که به مناسبت میلاد حضرت فاطمه زهرا (س) و روز زن گفت: باور ما در وزارت ارتباطات این است که در حوزه تصمیم‌گیری به سمتی نرویم که دستورالعمل‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌ها پشت درهای بسته تدوین شوند و بخش خصوصی به عنوان ذی‌نفع و بهره‌بردار اصلی بی‌اطلاع باشد.
▫️سیدستار هاشمی اظهار کرد: تصمیم‌گیری پشت درهای بسته منجر به آن خواهد شد که در مقام اجرا بخش خصوصی با موانع جدی روبه‌رو شود؛ این اتفاق را نه یک بار بلکه بارها دیده‌ایم و امیدواریم که از آن درس گرفته باشیم.
▫️او افزود: وزارت ارتباطات به دنبال تسهیل حضور بخش خصوصی در روند تصمیم‌سازی است و دستورالعمل‌ها را بدون اطلاع بخش خصوصی که ذی‌نفع و بهره‌بردار اصلی است، تنظیم نخواهیم کرد.
