🔴لزوم اخذ بیمه خدمات درمانی با عضویت فدراسیون پزشکی ورزشی
طبق دستورالعمل صادره ازسوی وزارت ورزش و‌جوانان، تمامی ورزشکاران جهت شرکت در هرگونه فعالیت ورزشی، کلاس آموزشی، تمرینی و مسابقات ورزشی ملزم به اخذ کارت بیمه ورزشی می‌باشند.
ورزشکاران می‌توانند با اقدام به موقع جهت دریافت کارت بیمه ورزشی در ابتدای هر سال، در صورت بروز هرگونه حادثه ورزشی در حین ورزش، تمرین یا برگزاری مسابقات با رعایت مراحل لازم و تکمیل مدارک مربوطه و مراجعه به هیأت پزشکی استان جهت استفاده از امکانات بهینه فدراسیون پزشکی (هم از لحاظ درمانی و هم از لحاظ هزینه درمانی) اقدام نمایند.
ورزشکاران کوه‌نورد یا قهرمانان صعودهای ورزشی می‌توانند با مراجعه به لینک ثبت نام بیمه ورزشی و ثبت عضویت در رشته کوهنوردی و صعودهای ورزشی به صورت برخط اقدام به ثبت یا تمدید بیمه خود نمایند:
