Василеостровский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Антона Зотева, признанного виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.160 УК РФ.
Зотев, работая в должности менеджера магазина ООО «АМ-СПб», расположенного по адресу: г. СПб, 11-я линия В.О., д.32/44, пом.1-Н, имея умысел на хищение вверенного ему имущества, с 28.01.2022 до 15.02.2022, находясь в помещении магазина, имея доступ к сейфу, открыл его и присвоил себе хранящиеся в нем денежные средства на общую сумму 219 491 рубль, похищенным распорядился по своему усмотрению, причинив ООО «АМ-СПб» ущерб на указанную сумму.
При поступлении дела в суд Зотеву вменялась ч.3 ст.160 УК РФ, суд переквалифицировал его действия на ч.1 ст.160 УК РФ и назначил наказание в виде штрафа в размере 50 000 рублей.
