وأجرى التحليل الإحصائي الذي تمت مراجعته من قبل النظراء، والذي نُشر في مجلة لانسيت، أكاديميون في كلية لندن للصحة والطب الاستوائي، وجامعة ييل ومؤسسات أخرى.
أعاد الباحثون حساب عدد القتلى نتيجة الحملة الجوية والبرية الإسرائيلية على غزة خلال الأشهر التسعة الأولى من الحرب في غزة.
وقد قدروا أن 64,260 شخصاً لقوا حتفهم نتيجة لإصابات مؤلمة خلال هذه الفترة، وهو ما يزيد بنحو 41% عن الأرقام الفلسطينية الرسمية.
وبحسب الدراسة فإن 59.1% من القتلى كانوا من النساء والأطفال والأشخاص الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن 65 عاماً. ووفقاً لمسؤولي الصحة الفلسطينيين فإن أكثر من 46 ألف شخص لقوا حتفهم في حرب غزة.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
