Михаил Мишустин имеет большой и очень разносторонний опыт работы на госслужбе и, к тому же, не похож на камикадзе, поэтому никаких кардинальных перемен мы не ждем. Это так, "встряхнуть" и "привести в тонус"...
Как справедливо отмечают уважаемые коллеги: "...власти ограничатся внедрением какого-нибудь нового инструмента, расписанного в 500-страничной методичке. Будут требовать ежеквартальных 1000-страничных отчетов о его внедрении, а рядовым госслужащим, как это обычно и случается, достанется еще один кусок бессмысленной работы". @Up_Periscope
