И народ бы вполне понял целесообразность такой жесткости. Но если мы говорим о 14м годе, то на тот момент не потребовалось бы какой то чрезмерной жесткости. Достаточно было действовать просто адекватно и открыто - чего все и ожидали, как с нашей стороны, так и с их... Но не дождались.
