Кредитные договоры, которые мошенники оформляли на этих людей, признают недействительными, а банки призывают быть бдительнее при выдаче средств. Такие решения стали активно принимать суды Омской области.
Юристы рассказали, что подобная практика постепенно распространяется по другим регионам и теперь складывается в Челябинской, Самарской областях и в Краснодарском крае.
