На торжественной церемонии открытия XII Всероссийских зимних сельских спортивных игр прошла в спорткомплексе «Титов-Арена» от имени Губернатора края Виктора Томенко представителей делегаций из разных регионов страны - спортсменов, тренеров, судей, болельщиков – приветствовал заместитель Председателя Правительства края Виталий Снесарь.

Он напомнил, что в этом году игры посвящены 80-летию Победы в Великой Отечественной войне. «Мы делаем по-прежнему все, что от нас зависит, для того, чтобы победа ковалась и сегодня. И активная спортивная жизнь также подчёркивает готовность всего нашего народа стремиться к победе. Так было и так будет всегда. С праздником!»

Участникам соревнований также направил приветствие Министр спорта Российской Федерации Михаил Дегтярев. Его зачитал начальник отдела физкультурно-спортивных мероприятий Департамента физической культуры и массового спорта Минспорта России Валерий Дерманец.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
