В социальных сетях масса жалоб на то, что по городу невозможно пройти. Вот, например, фотография около метро Советская. Это никуда не годится.

Почему я обратил на неё внимание? Смотрите, сколько ларьков. А ведь по правилам благоустройства, владельцы должны чистить как минимум 5 метров прилегающей территории. А рынки и ярмарки все 50 метров вокруг должны чистить.

При Лапушкиной вся работа по контролю над соблюдением этих требований саботировалась, хотя я ей говорил об этом.

Господин Носков, не пора ли навести с этим порядок? То же касается и остальных владельцев зданий и сооружений. Все должны чистить прилегающую территорию.

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
