По «Арктической ипотеке»:
- Распространение программы на участников СВО; - Отмена требований о наличии стажа работы по специальности для педагогических работников и работников медицинских организаций; - Увеличение до 9 млн. рублей максимального размера кредита.
По опорным населенным пунктам Арктики:
- Пересмотр стоимости 1 квадратного метра жилья в Арктической зоне (сейчас реальная стоимость на рынке жилья гораздо выше, чем в лимитах Минстроя России); - Реконструкция взлетно-посадочных полос аэропортов Мурманск и Апатиты.
