Կողմերը համաձայնեցրել են անմիջականորեն Բաղանիս (ՀՀ) – Բաղանիս Այրում (ԱՀ), Ոսկեպար (ՀՀ) – Աշաղը Ասկիպարա (ԱՀ), Կիրանց (ՀՀ) – Խեյրումլի (ԱՀ) և Բերքաբեր (ՀՀ) – Կըզըլ Հաջիլի (ԱՀ) բնակավայրերի միջև սահմանագծի առանձին հատվածների համատեղ կազմված արձանագրություն-նկարագրությունը՝ Խորհրդային Միության փլուզման պահի դրությամբ գոյություն ունեցող իրավաբանորեն հիմնավորված միջհանրապետական սահմանին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով:
