Следователь установил, что компания Бакальчука «ВБ Девелопмент», выступавшая техзаказчиком стройки склада маркетплейса, с марта 2023 года по январь 2024 года заключала фиктивные договоры и выводила полученные от Wildberries деньги. Ущерб оценили в 14,3 млн рублей.
В указанный период он был женат на владелице Wildberries. В середине 2024 года она подала на развод. Получается, находясь в браке, он воровал миллионы у своей же семьи.
