В Уфе перед судом предстанет мужчина за убийство пенсионерки и кражу денег
0️⃣Прокуратура Республики Башкортостан утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении жителя г. Уфы.
Он обвиняется в убийстве лица, заведомо для виновного находящегося в беспомощном состоянии, сопряженном с разбоем, краже.
🟡По версии следствия, в сентябре — октябре 2023 года мужчина украл из квартиры 90-летней бабушки, за которой осуществлял присмотр, денежные средства в сумме более 25 тыс. рублей.
🔪Зная об имеющихся у пенсионерки, находящейся в беспомощном состоянии в силу своего престарелого возраста, сбережениях, обвиняемый проник в жилище и, угрожая ножом, потребовал передать деньги, а получив отказ нанес женщине несколько ударов в область ключицы и левой руки.
От полученных повреждений потерпевшая скончалась на месте происшествия, а злоумышленник скрылся, похитив 4 тыс. рублей.
Обвиняемый признал свою вину.
⚖️Уголовное дело направлено в Верховный суд республики для рассмотрения по существу.
