Письмо датируется июлем этого года, примерно в это же время в городе Канске, расположенном в Красноярском крае, было затопление. Туда приезжал лично Усс и отметился очередной российской нетленкой:
«Что вы мне хотите сказать? Права качнуть? Я тоже вам могу качнуть!».
«Никто не сможет скомпрометировать Усса, если он сам себя не скомпрометирует».
