🔹بسیاری از مدارهای تغذیه‌ای مغز در نظارت بر میزان مصرف غذا نقش دارند، نورون‌های موجود در این مدارها تصمیم نهایی برای توقف غذا خوردن را اتخاذ نمی‌کنند، اما نورون‌هایی که توسط محققان کلمبیا شناسایی شده‌اند، به‌عنوان یک عنصر جدید در این مدارها، در ساقه مغز «قدیمی‌ترین بخش مغز مهره‌داران» قرار دارند. این کشف می‌تواند به توسعه روش‌های درمانی جدید برای چاقی منجر شود.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
